"The Turtle Nest" is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom pool home nestled in the desirable East Rocks neighborhood off West Gulf Drive. This charming house boasts lake views and a short walk to the nearby beach access. Enjoy the comforts of home with this newly updated kitchen stocked with all the cooking & baking essentials needed for your island vacation. The spacious main living and dining room open up to a large wrap around deck overlooking the pool area and the lake views beyond, great for enjoying your morning coffee or evenings alfresco. The home offers a convenient split floor plan with 2 master suites with King beds in each bedroom, private bathrooms, and access to the attached deck/lanai. The large saltwater pool is enclose by the large screen lanai and is the perfect island escape during those warm Florida afternoons.

Home amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 King beds (sleeps 4), 3 Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, saltwater pool with large screened lanai, BBQ grill, garage parking, outdoor shower. No Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.
