Located on the third floor, this condo is a walk-up with no elevator access, and a convenient community laundry facility is available on site. A wonderful spot to relax and enjoy all that island living has to offer!

Condo amenities include: 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom -- 1 Queen bed & pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 2 max), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, laundry facilities available on-site. Community pool, tennis/pickleball courts & BBQ grills available for guest use. No elevators. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Booking Requirements: Saturday to Saturday; HIGH Season: 2-week minimum from January through April; LOW Season: 1-week minimum from May through December. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 2 people.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.
