Condo/Resort amenities include: 2 bedroom/2 bathroom -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 pull out Queen sleeper sofa (in living room), 1 pull out Twin sleeper sofa (in guest room) & 1 Twin rollaway bed available (sleeps 8 max), 2 Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, multiple heated pools, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ grills, elevators, multiple on-site restaurants venues, and Bailey's Marketplace (for light grocery needs). No Pets allowed. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Smoking is PROHIBITED (including e-cigs/vaping) inside the condo as well as on the outdoor lanai, no exceptions!

Sanibel getaway vacation

Great shelling great people. At the pool dining bar games Cassidy Andre Lauren Barb Becky Josh... everyone I encountered were amazing. Only negative was they need to fix the sticking of our door into the unit

Perfect Oceanfront Stay

We loved every minute of our stay! Everything felt beachy and brand new. Waking up to the sound of the waves and being so close to the beach were the highlights. We rented bikes, fished from the shore, saw amazing sunsets and dolphins every day. We can't wait to return! Don't hesitate to rent this one.

Outstanding

The view is perfection and the unit is beautiful and well appointed. We had a small issue with a ceiling fan and the management company was responsive immediately. We booked for next year!

We had the most wonderful family getaway in Sanibel! The oceanfront location was unbeatable—just steps from the beach, which made it so easy with our little one. The property was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped, making it feel like home.
