Spanish Cay A4 is a ground level, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo that offers an open floor plan with an added bonus of a glass & screen enclosed lanai providing extra living space and can be opened up to enjoy the beautiful sunny Sanibel weather. The bright and cheerful unit was recently updated with some new furnishings and flat screen TV's throughout. Spanish Cay A4 will prove to be the perfect spot to enjoy 2+ weeks on Sanibel Island at an affordable rate that won't break the bank!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 1 Queen bed (sleeps 4), Smart TV's, WIFI available, heated shared community pool, in suite washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

2-Week Minimum rental period is required. Please call our office for assistance if necessary. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people.

Spanish Cay A4

`We enjoy the Spanish Cay community and our location on the first floor. We will appreciate the new owners painting the condo . The sofas in the Living Room are really too soft. Also, the floor is not clean. Last year you had the cleaning staff come and clean the floor. They used water with no soap. This year I wore slippers instead of going bare feet. The bottom of my slippers became black. Fortunately, I could wash them. The beds need a blanket in addition to the comforters. Comforters are too heavy for Florida’s warm climate. SBL gave us a blanket as well as a new king pillow because one was dirty. Everything else was very good. We enjoy working with SBL and their staff.

IRMA got there first

Unfortunately IRMA beat us to the island this time. However the company were professional and refunded our funds as soon as the island had basic services running.

claypool stay at Spanish Cay A4

We enjoyed the condo and location. However, we needed much patience to deal with the air conditioner problem. Several workman came to the condo without finding a solution to the problem. Finally, three workman came after a week and a day without the AC to solve the problem. The washer breaking was not so good, but that was solved after a few days and SBL brought me clean sheets which I appreciated. Also, make sure the cleaning people clean the floor before each renter arrives. Fix the screen door.

Three weeks in Sanibel at Spanish Cay

Our stay, in the weeks before Christmas was nice. The unit was a bit worn, but clean and well stocked with supplies. It was close to the beach, restaurants and shopping . We road bikes most places. Sanibel is small enough that we could ride to many of the beautiful beaches. And the shells were amazing. I'd definitely recommend the property to relax and unwind.

Relaxing Getaway

We had a lovely time on sunny Sanibel. There are great restaurants,nice beaches,friendly people,and it's also very easy to get around on bikes.

Nice Place

I rented a condo for my kids and wife for two weeks and the place was very nice. I would stay there again, the only thing I would do is the back sitting area didn't have a curtain so everyone walking by could look in. Other than that the place was in a great location and the private beach wasn't crowded at all
