Sanibel Surfside 226

Unit at Sanibel Surfside was pristine. Appliances and furnishings appeared to be brand new and not used. Clean and very user friendly.
Highly recommend.
The only hiccup was the entry code. Please explain clearly that after entering code turn knob to right not door handle.
All else was more than satisfactory.

This condo was great-one of the nicest ones we've stayed in. I highly recommend it! I was initially disappointed in the lack of full beach view, but you can see a little bit of water from the lanai and the comfort and updated features in the condo made up for the decreased view. Short, convenient walk to the beach.

We are sorry to hear you were slightly disappointed with the view, however, we do include pictures as well as correct verbiage as to state there is a partial gulf-view, and the pictures clearly show it. We loved this condo! Impressed with upgrades and cleanliness. It has everything you need inside the condo and also has beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, sand toys and wagon. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Just bring some clothes and stop at grocery store and you are good to go. We will be back!

wonderful stay even when the fire company showed up at 5:30am due to building alarm going off. outstanding location and rental property and we have secured another stay for September 2021
