Our unit was perfect! There’s not a single negative thing I can say about our accommodations. It was clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds. It’s was awesome.

We are four women who take an annual vacation together and this year we couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. The condo was great. It was clean, roomy and in a great location. Rob, the manager, was very nice and helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone.

We had a wonderful time we did a lot of beach time and shelling we would get up in morning and grab the coffee and take the 40 yard walk to the beach. Rob really was accomidating and helpful

My wife and I have vacationed on Sanibel for several years, and this condo is by far the nicest we've rented. It was recently remodeled with a beautiful, fully-equipped kitchen. The rooms are tastefully furnished and comfortable. All the electronics--A/C, ceiling fans, TVs, WiFi--work great. A bonus is the full-size washer and dryer! There is a peek-a-boo view of the Gulf. The location is excellent, with the beach out front and Periwinkle Way's shops and restaurants a short drive or bike ride away. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family has vacationed on Sanibel many times in the past and this property is one of our very favorites. We are already looking forward to returning next year. Love everything about Sanibel especially the memories.

The condo had been upgraded since last year. Very nice improvements. We really like the location and the size of the condo. The location is ideal for the beach, riding bikes and getting around the island.

This condo was very clean and quiet. The Surfside complex is well maintained with a nice pool, tennis court, shuffle board and covered grills. The condo is stocked with everything from cooking utensils to beach towels. We found beach chairs in the cabana in front of Building 1 but no beach umbrella. We called Rob, with the property management company, and he had one delivered in less than 30 minutes. He was very helpful and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a rental on Sanibel.

Our second visit to Sanibel, second stay at Sanibel Surfside, love the island, love the complex. Hope to return again soon. Wonderful restaurants & shops. Beautiful clean condo, great pool and beach, lush landscaping! Hope to see you again Sanibel!!!

Surfside Paradise was an excellent condo. Very clean indeed. Cleanest place I ever stayed. Will be our new vacation destination for years to come.

We stayed in Sanibel Surfside #215. There was a framed sheet in the condo indicating that we had access to beach chairs in the cabana which i believe was #13 in Sanibel Surfside 1? However there was no key to access the cabana and the room key did not fit.

Additionally, the room key worked fine on the deadbolt on the door, but there was an issue with the key to the door handle. You had to play with the handle to unlock the door. We ended up just using the deadbolt when we left the room.

Overall we had a great stay and plan to return next year.
