The gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and dining options either inside or outside on the screened porch. The largest and most likely the most used room in the house will be the extraordinary outdoor veranda which can be accessed from the master bedroom, one guest room, living room, and kitchen. This covered porch boasts 60 feet of outdoor living area great for relaxing and taking in the tranquil setting that surrounds you. Relax in the shade with a book, enjoy meals with family al fresco, soak in the hot tub, or take a dip in the heated pool... the possibilities are endless! The 3 bedroom and 3 bathrooms combine elegance with casual Florida style and allows for the comfort necessary in your home away from home. This vacation palace grants you the convenience of a short stroll to the sandy Sanibel shores and the close proximity to the miles of island wide bike paths for easy-access to grocery, restaurants, and shopping. Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Queen beds (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, heated pool & hot tub, large enclosed lanai & covered outdoor deck, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, covered parking, BBQ gas grill. NO Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Pyrula

We've rented this home for 3 years. We love it. Great location and, obviously an impressive home. The only complaint we ever have is that the cleaning company cleans the tile floors with a Swiffer. When we get there and walk around barefoot, our feet are black. Then we have to call SBL, and the owner of the cleaning company comes and does a thorough cleaning. (Sigh). Other than that, it's PERFECT!

GREAT STAY

The house is in a very good location for beach access (about 6 minute walk), the Sanibel Island Golf Club, local shops & restaurants and if you need to go off island. The house is very well equipped with a nice outlook over the golf course and a lake with abundant bird-life. The house is spacious and we would definitely rent again in the future

Great Rental

Pyrula's Palace is the 3rd home my wife and I have rented in the last 3 years. It is superior in every way compared to the other two. The home is in top-notch condition (everything works), you can tell it is well-maintained, it has a wonderful location, and Sanibel Vacations is very responsive if there is a question. I almost hate to write this, because I'd like to keep it a secret. We've already committed to renting it next March. I hope we left it as least as good as it was when we arrived.

Pyrula's Place was Great!

We had a fantastic vacation thanks to Rob and the team at Sanibel vacations. Our original reservation had to be cancelled at the last moment, but Rob and his team found us this fantastic substitute, and we were thrilled. The house is immaculate and has everything you could want for a great vacation. I give it a strong recommendation!
