Pointe Santo B25

We stayed for a week in February. Great beach location! Unit was very clean and comfortable. Walked out to the beach every day.
The only negatives were continuing restoration to the building, unfortunately right next door. The grounds of the complex were dusty and no landscaping completed yet. The pool was not reopened yet. SBL was great with quick responses to any needs we had, even on Sunday evening. We would stay here again, but until next year when the property restoration is complete.

This location was perfect. Not far from the beach. The gulf view was spectacular. Only draw backs were you have to go about a mile down the road to get/return your key and had to take a key everywhere, no key-less entry. It would have been nice to have a collapsible wagon for beach gear. (Other rentals had them). We would definitely stay again.

Jeremy, thank you for your 5-star review of our condo! We are so glad you enjoyed your stay despite the key situation. At this time, not all of our properties are keyless entry and some still require physical keys. Pointe Santo is only 1 mile (if that) from our office so thankfully it was a very convenient and short commute to pick up & drop off your keys.

Our unit was so beautifully decorated and spotless! What a joy to open the door to this condo and be welcomed with adorable notecards , fragrant Captiva Island soap and such a wonderful view of the ocean from our screened in porch ! The bikes we pre-ordered from SBL were there when we arrived - locked on the bike rack and ready for our enjoyment! Sanibel Island Vacations owner and staff were friendly and helpful! We also enjoyed the bonus of the new Island Seafood store a few doors next to the SBL office - delicious fresh seafood as well as soups and dips . We have already reserved the same Pointe Santo B-25 condo for next year!!

This condo has all the conveniences. It was an easy check in with the app, and the condo parking spot is right by the elevator for easy unloading/loading. Views from the lanai are great of the pond, pool, beach. The condo is also well equipped with all that makes the vacation comfortable and fun: beach games, equipment and towels, the kitchen is fully furnished. There are even indoor games and jigsaw puzzles (and books!) for rainy days. We had a light switch and screen door handle break while there: repairs were completed immediately. ��

It has been a long winter. We needed a break! This was our 4th time at Pointe Santo and 2nd time booking with SBL. They have been more than accommodating and responsive to communications. Kudos!

This was our 1st stay in Unit B25.I am a notorious "researcher" and looked carefully at pictures, write-ups, reviews, and any info I could get on this unit before I reserved it. I can say I did my homework. The unit was as described. It was clean, not outdated or damaged, appropriately furnished and very comfortable.

The only issue we had was that the ice maker stopped working and it was fixed promptly.

I am always amazed by the views provided from every unit of Pointe Santo and this unit was no exception.

I would rent this unit again. Caveat? Prices of this unit(and all of Pointe Santo) have gone up tremendously!

We took a five night trip to Sanibel and had a great time. We had stayed at Pointe Santo before and loved it, so it was an easy choice to find an available condo there. Unit B25 was very up-to-date and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again in the future.

Point Santo did a great job. We loved the location and it's proximity to the beach, restaurants and the Sanibel attractions. We stayed at Pointe Santo 23 years ago and it is in better shape now that in 1997! Grounds people worked constantly, the office was helpful and friendly (and prompt) when we has a washer problem. We would stay there again, no question.

The place is awesome although it was the second year in a row where we listened to the construction noise. We may look elsewhere next year. We stayed in your "C" condo last year and the TV's in the bedrooms were regular size. In B25, THE Bedroom TV's are 12 inches??? Also the C unit has a much larger washer and dryer. Other than those two items, the unit was very nice.

This is the time of year that complexes are trying to spruce everything up and unfortunately Pointe Santo found some extra work that needed to be done in the B building. The property was very nice and we loved the beachfront location. Also liked that stores/restaurants and bike trail was closeby as well. The only issue we had was figuring out how to turn on the shower in the hall bath. We called maintenance and they called right back. Also, we could have used a beach cart to carry stuff to the beach and a cooler would have been nice. Other than that we had a nice stay.

Pointe Santos is an amazing property, B25 is an amazing condo! We traveled with 4 adults and one 11 year old and we never got in each other’s way. PLENTY of space. The condo is gorgeous inside. The master bed/bath is huge. The shower is big enough for three full-grown adults (not that we tried)! Loved the view from the balcony, and having access from both the living room and master bedroom was nice. I can’t say enough about how much I loved this place (Sanibel, Pointe Santo, AND B25). All I know is that I can’t wait to come back!

The condo really lacked in supplies in the kitchen, but the kitchen was updated with counters and sink. The living room furniture and patio furniture were not the most comfortable. The patio had three different kinds of chairs. The master bed had big indentations in it from I assume heavy people sleeping on.

We are so sorry about this. If you stay with us in the future, we encourage all of our guests to contact us with things like not having the proper kitchen supplies. The mattress is less than one year old, so we will look into this. The lanai furniture will also be replaced soon. We hope that we can help you plan another trip to Sanibel in the future!

A beautiful vacation! The complex is in a great location, priced right and is family friendly! Suggestions for property improvement- new outdoor carpeting in the halls and fresh coat of paint. Suggestions for the unit- More kitchen items. I t would have been nice to have a variety of local pamphlets in the home upon arrival. The flowers and the organic soap were a nice touch!

Very relaxing week! We were able to enjoy the spectacular view from the porch. The vase with the flowers was a beautiful welcoming touch. Thank you so much for the extra parking permits. I would only request having more trash bags and some type of plastic bowls for children. We would love to come back next summer!!

Nice location, but the beach loungers, condo furnishings and kitchen cabinets are worn and tired. Carpet was very dirty too. Expected more for the money.
