We love Sanibel Island. Pointe Santo is definitely a Bright Beach Oasis. Amazing location with Gulf Views. We saw plenty of dauphins and the beach is beautiful with variety of shells. The apartment was very accommodating and very comfortable. Will definitely recommend and come back.

My wife and I visited Sanibel Island for the first time this past March (2026) and were more than delighted with every aspect of our trip. Pointe Santo is a beautiful place to stay, a minutes walk to either the pool or beach. Shops and restaurants are extremely close, and everyone involved at Santo was gracious and welcoming.
Our condo was immaculate, quiet, and well-stocked with amenities. The two weeks we stayed flew by, but we will certainly plan another trip to Pointe Santo in the very near future. Thank you!!

The condo was very nice. I was most impressed with the service from SBL. We had an issue with coffee pot and ceiling fan and they responded very quick.

We have been to Pointe Santo 4 times with our family... We love it here.... Feels like home away from home, but without snow lol Condos are always clean and full of all the items we need. So great to have the beach and the pool so close. The grandkids live the beach, and so do we. We will be back again

Property manager "Brooke" welcomed us with a smile!! Very professional, and kind. Customer service was the BEST. The easiest check-in of all time. First time we ever walk out of check-in with a smile.

The unit B-23 is the nicest, cleanest, VERY WELL stocked and just a GORGEOUS place to stay!! It was truly superbly decorated. It had such a true Florida feel like no other. Great location for restaurants and beach at your door step. Will return!!

This unit had everything you need. And the view was just beautiful. The unit was the cleanest unit I have ever rented. I’m very particular in my cleaning and this met all of my expectations!! The condo was perfect, we had to teenage granddaughters with us this trip. Everything was wonderful, the condo was roomy and fun for four people.The ladies wanted a large roasted chicken for Thanksgiving dinner and here there was a slow cooker/roaster in the cupboard to make one for us all.They road their bikes to Baileys to get 'a better' potato peeler:-) which we left. One of the girls works at a meat market and would of peeled 100 plus pounds of potatoes on that Wednesday had she been at work, a bit of an expert!!! The entire week went like that, everything we needed the condo had. Thank you for a great vacation.

Clean, convenient and contactless during covid! This condo was perfect for our needs. Close to restaurants , nature trails and a stones throw to the beach! My Mom, who is 85, especially appreciated the screened in lanai and the easy beach access. The resort has many amenities that we didn’t even take advantage of but will next time! We felt very “safe” her in this clean unit. The beds were comfortable, it’s a well appointed unit and exactly as described and pictured. We will definitely rent here again !

This condo had everything we could possibly have needed. It was well furnished and stocked. The unit was clean and spacious. The beach closet was extremely helpful! The grounds/pool/beach were wonderful also.

The Condo was perfect and had everything we needed. It was clean and decorated beach style and the beds were comfortable. Sanibel is a beautiful Island with lots to do. We rented bicycles for a day and we went on a boat to another Island and saw dolphins. The pool was great and the beach was Awesome! Great vacation place. Bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. What is in the Condo is limited and the cheap stuff. If you smoke the designated areas are sand flea pits and they will eat you alive so bring bug spray.

Unit needs to be updated. Location was good. Time spent in the pool for adults is only 2 hours a day and then rest of time is for children. Not too much time for adult swim. The building needs to have some updates on the outside as well.

SBI was very accommodating with hurricane Dorian coming and allowed us to change the dates twice with the owner. The condo was beautiful and well supplied.

This was a very relaxing vacation. I took my mother (83) who cannot walk long distances and we were able to push her wheel chair on the brick path to the beach and then she could walk to the water. We also loved the gas grills so we were able to grill out and not have to dress to go out after staying in the ocean all day. Our unit had everything you needed! The only thing I can complain of is the cheap paper towels and toilet paper. It would be nice to have two rolls of paper towels.

Pointe Santo is a great location for a vacation in Sanibel. The pool and hot tub are great and the beach is right there. The unit is very nicely maintained. It is clean and fresh. We had no problem. My wife and I enjoyed the very spacious master and our three adult children shared the other bedroom and pullout couch quite happily.

We've stayed in 3 different condo's at Pointe Santo and B23 is by far the best. Immaculately clean, great view from the linai and beach chairs etc supplied in separate lock up. Love the complex and the beach is awesome for shell collectors. Sanibel/ Captive is like going back in time - If you can't relax here you won't relax anywhere. My favourite place on Earth !!! You must hire bikes and explore .We'll be back

We absolutely loved our stay at Pointe Santo. It was our first time vacationing in Sanibel, and we can't wait to visit again. The location of this resort is perfect. We could walk to the beach in a mere five minutes. The resort's on-site clubhouse was an added bonus, featuring multiple fun activities for the kids. (Painting suncatchers was a big hit!)

As for the condo, it offered everything we needed, right down to a fully stocked beach closet with chairs and beach toys. The condo was sparkling clean when we arrived, which was a welcome sight after two days of driving! I can't think of a single complaint. The entire family loved it!

Be sure to check out Finnimore's Cycle Shop for great prices and selection on bike rentals. Finally, dinner at The Bubble Room in nearby
Captiva is a must.

This was the cleanest vacation rental I ever step foot into. Props to housekeeping! Because it was spotless! The view was breathtaking! Nice big open floorplan with plenty of space. Tons of beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys. I fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. Including paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, laundry detergent, extra toilet paper. There is no need to pack extra consumable products. The management team awesome! They even allowed us to check in early. You just have to let them know ahead of time to make sure they let housekeeping go to your rental first.Thanks for a fabulous vacation!
