The home offers 3 bedrooms with a convenient split bedroom configuration and 2 full bathrooms. Bring your whole family including the dog and enjoy this coastal island retreat for many years to come!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 King bed, 1 XL Bunk bed (2XL Twins), 1 single Twin bed & pull-out sleeper (sleeps 8), 4 Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, 4 bikes & kid trailer included with rental (bikes are not serviced by SBL), baby items include stroller, pack n play, booster seat, highchair. Pets considered (1 Small dog only - 40 lbs MAX). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
