A comfortable guest bedroom and second full bathroom provide plenty of space for family and friends, making this condo ideal for couples, families, or extended stays. Spend your mornings sipping coffee on the enclosed lanai as boats drift by and dolphins play in the bay. In the evenings, unwind with spectacular Sanibel sunsets painting the sky over the water. Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests and has the ideal location with easy on & off access to the Sanibel Causeway. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, an all-weather tennis court, pickleball court and multi-use court (can be used for pickleball also), a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area, shuffleboard, reserved parking, and easy access to nearby beaches, shops & restaurants and the island-wide bike paths.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin bed (sleeps 4), Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, 2 heated shared pools, 2 community tennis courts, public BBQ gas grills, public dock & fishing pier, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. No elevator access. No Pets allowed.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 4 people. Boats slip rental and kayak/paddleboard launching available on-site at Mariner Pointe for an additional fee.

Mariner Pointe Update: Amenities have been restored including the community pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, BBQ grills, fishing pier and boat slips. There may be some additional recovery work that will take place throughout 2026 including building milestone repairs, Quantum Internet Fiber installation, and a large landscaping project. Even with these final touches underway, your beach vacation will still be extraordinary and we look forward to welcoming you back!

We had a wonderful stay with Sanibel Vacations! The property was in an excellent location, making it easy to enjoy the beautiful beaches, local restaurants, and everything Sanibel has to offer.

The vacation rental was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made us feel right at home throughout our stay.

The management team was friendly, responsive, and very helpful from the booking process through check-out. Their excellent communication made our vacation stress-free.

Overall, we had a fantastic 9-night stay and would happily book with Sanibel Vacations again. We highly recommend them to anyone planning a trip to Sanibel Island!

Mariner Pointe-Sanibel
We absolutely loved our stay at Mariner Pointe. The location was perfect for us, the amenities (pool, courts, dock) was something we took advantage of. The beach on the island is easy to get to by bike or even walking.
As for the property, it was clean, decorated nicely and updated. Spacious enough for our family of 4.
