Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests and has the ideal location with easy on & off access to the Sanibel Causeway. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, an all-weather tennis court, pickleball court and multi-use court (can be used for pickleball also), a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area, shuffleboard, reserved parking, and easy access to nearby beaches, shops & restaurants and the island-wide bike paths.

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 2 Queen bed& 1 pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, 2 heated shared pools, 2 community tennis courts, public BBQ gas grills, dock & fishing pier, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. Boats slip rental and kayak/paddleboard launching available on-site at Mariner Pointe for an additional fee.

Mariner Pointe Update: Amenities have been restored including the community pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, BBQ grills, fishing pier and boat slips. There may be some additional recovery work that will take place throughout 2026 including building milestone repairs, Quantum Internet Fiber installation, and a large landscaping project. Even with these final touches underway, your beach vacation will still be extraordinary and we look forward to welcoming you back!

Mariner Pointe 1051

This was our second stay at Mariner Pointe, but our first in this rental unit. This unit is very nice, and we enjoyed our stay. We would rent it next year too, but unfortunately it’s being removed from the rental market. We like staying at Mariner Pointe; it’s a great location on the island. The complex is beautiful and the bay views are fantastic!

Good experience

a few problems but good overall. mbr tub no hot water, just warm and did not drain well, washer did not start/operate properly, hair dryer poor connection, etc

Coronavirus Escape

Beautiful place to hide away from the pandemic. I condo was great and we were able to escape the crazy world for a week of relaxing. Condo was very well equipped, clean and the location was great!

Perfect location for us.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mariner Pointe. The location allowed us to bike easily to the lighthouse beach. Fishing was great along the sea wall and on the fishing pier. And access was easy right off the end of the causeway once on island. Would definitely book a return trip to Sanibel Island and Mariner Pointe.

Most Relaxing Vacation Ever

Sanibel Island is wonderfully beautiful and laid back. It is an excellent location to unwind from life's daily stressors. This particular location was ideal for people who love their privacy as well as nature.

World class support

We had a great time far away from home (Germany). Fantastic bay front views. We needed the support of the SBL agency several times. Every time they find an answer and they worked very quick. Very kind, friendly and competent.

1st time in Sanibel

This condo was nice. It was a good price for a peak time during spring break. I liked that is was not right on the beach, so a bit quieter. But the beach is just 6 min biking distance. The condo furnishings were a bit worn (ie. needs some repainting, some maintenance from wear and tear), but overall not in shambles. I liked the condo people around who own their own condos and seem very invested in the community. They were very friendly at the pool and the fishing dock!

Sanibel Sanctuary

We had a great stay at Mariner Pointe (#1051). Our condo was just what we wanted; plenty of space, clean, great waterfront view from the lanai, and most importantly, close to all the restaurants and destinations we wanted. We particularly enjoyed Cip's Place (went there for 3 meals) and Dante's. The Edison/Ford Museum in Fort Myers is a must along with the 'Ding' refuge.
