Mariner Pointe 1042

Beautiful and clean condo. Only issue is the temperature thermostat is a hard set 73 degrees cool and unable to make unit any cooler. Late afternoon and at night time it got very warm and uncomfortable. I would recommend the property Mariner Point but not this unit since you cannot utilize the air conditioner.

Very good—lovely condo. Great location. Only 2 minor complaints: 1) the 2 pools were often crowded, so getting a chair could be problematic. 2) the sheets on the queen bed were quite worn; very pilled.

While I cannot complain about the location or cleanliness of the unit, we found the supplies—household items, cooking utensils ,personal touches to be lacking. It seemed clear the owner had purchased this as an investment and provided minimally. We’ve been coming to the island for 38 years, only stayed one other place that was so generic— it felt a bit like a hotel. The furniture was fine. The only book in the condo was a Sanibel cookbook. The entire china closet contained zero useful items.

We have been coming to Sanibel Island for 19 yrs! We absolutely love it here!! We love Mariner Pointe, we like being able to look out the windows and watch dolphins, manatees, and boats go by. It's a quiet and easygoing vacation with lots to do, see, and many restaurants to enjoy. I tell my friends and family, if you ever get a chance to go, run don't walk as fast as you can.....you will definitely have a great time!! No place like it ❤️

We had a great trip. The check-in/out process was very easy, staff very friendly and helpful. The unit was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. The condo location was low key and quiet. We could hear road noise from the causeway, but seeing dolphins swimming around more than made up for it. Under normal traffic conditions, left turns onto the main road would be difficult.

Waking up to the beautiful view of the harbour and the stunning bridge from Fort Myers to Sanibel was spectacular, not to mention the Dolphins. The description of the property was right on. The unit had everything we needed and was tastefully decorated and clean. I would stay again.

Lovely condo, nice Bay view. We saw dolphins, manatees and Vice President Pence's procession come onto the island. Down side is the traffic noise and distance to the beach
