Kings Crown Update: The community pool is now open! Pickleball courts are expected to be completed by September 2026 but the timeline cannot be guaranteed. Some elevator repairs are currently ongoing from May - August 2026 to replace door frames and will involve some possible noise disruptions. Updates will be provided when available.

Welcome to Kings Crown 118! A fantastic 3 bedroom Gulf-front corner unit, steps from the best shelling in the world!

This is a beautiful, completely restored 3 bedroom 2 bath, direct Gulf Front, corner unit with expansive views of the Gulf. Located on the 1st living level (2nd Floor) with elevator service if needed. A very spacious unit with fully equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer and WiFi. The lanai area has been glassed in for additional air conditioned space but the slider can be opened to let the outside in. The master bedroom has a King bed with private bath (walk in shower). Second guest bedroom has a King bed and the 3rd guest bedroom has 2 Twins with a shared bathroom with tub. All of this is complemented by a covered reserved parking space in the impeccably maintained 54-unit complex called Kings Crown. This is a great location on the island with easy access to the beautiful beach.

Condo amenities include: 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms -- 2 King beds, 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, in suite washer & dryer, elevators, covered parking, pickleball courts. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Saturday to Saturday; HIGH Season: 2-week minimum November 15 to April 30; LOW Season: 1-week minimum May 1- November 15. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

**Rental Requirement UPDATE: 1-week minimum rentals are allowed from January 2026 - mid-November 2026 and will resume to the above standard schedule after this period.

Wonderful vacation stay!
We were so excited to return to Kings Crown 118 after Hurricane Ian and were thrilled at the improvements made to the interior, as well as the landscaping. We especially loved the ceiling lights in the living/dining areas and the master bathroom transformation. The view is amazing, as always. We've booked for next year!

Relaxing vacation with an amazing view
My husband and I spent an amazing 2 weeks at this condo. We knew Sanibel wasn’t going to be the same after the hurricane but we still wanted to come to our favorite Florida spot, Sanibel Island. The condo was just as it was pictured. The condo was very spacious and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you would need. The view looking out at the ocean everyday and seeing the sunset was breath taking. The beach supplies in the closet were helpful since the pool was under construction. If you like a spacious and beautifully decorated condo right on the beach this condo is for you.

Great vacation!
Although Sanibel is still recovering from the hurricanes, this unit is completely renovated, beautiful and comfortable! The pool and pool house are still under construction but I understand they should be completed by June...the groundkeepers were hard at work so they are getting closer to a full recovery. The beach was as wonderful as ever and shelling in front of our unit was amazing during our last week~we were so happy to be back on the island!
