Junonia Dreaming

This home rental gave us a chance to see family we had not seen, since before COVID!Our Daughter & husband & 2 grandchildren live in Sanibel; this home provided space for us to gather & make memories. The littles are 3 and almost 1 year old! Their place is small,so we loved having the extra room for dinners,pool time,etc.Plus we could walk to the beach access easily.We took measures to ensure nothing was broken(glass); so we removed the 2 lamps in the living area, and stored them in closet. No glass accidents! We appreciated all of the melamine & plastic provided in the kitchen for outdoor eating & drinking. LOVED the beach wagon!All in all, we have rented 3 different places;this Junonia home was by far the cleanest & most comfortable.Our family is grateful for the way everything is maintained. TV reception was very spotty- but we were not there for the TV! Pixelated most of the times we tried.Our only other wish would be for the pool bottom to be cleaned at least twice in a month;there is a lot of vegetation around the Lanai that falls through.We had a wonderful month of April! Looking forward to next year! (the stairs to the pool, we were told will be re-done!) Great job with maintenance.

The property is not much to look at from the outside, but the inside is very nice,. The pool is beautiful and the house layout is perfect,.
But be prepared, do not show up before 4pm, they will not give the keys for random reasons,.

Mario, thank you for your review of Junonia Dreaming. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. Check-in as at 4pm and we don't give keys earlier unless the property is ready is to avoid any disruptions to our housekeepers and inspectors. I'm sure you can understand as we would want to guarantee the properties dont have any issues that need to be addressed prior to you checking in. We are sorry you're not satisfied with our check-in procedures and policies but they are clearly stated in our rental agreement and check-in instructions e-mail. Thanks again!

This property is great with the 3 bedrooms each with own bath to give family/friends space. The pool was great and walking distance to beach.
