Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Full & 1 Twin bunk beds, 1 Twin trundle bed & a pullout sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, shared community heated pool, in-suite washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ grills, elevators, shuffleboard. Pets Considered (1 Dog up to 45 lbs MAX only). Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
