The private dock provides direct access to the water, where you can watch manatees and other local wildlife or take your boat out for a day of exploration. Home amenities include: 5 bedrooms/3.5 bathrooms -- 2 King beds, 1 Queen bed, & 2 Twin beds & Queen Murphy bed (sleeps 10), WIFI available, Smart TV's (streaming only), heated pool, screened lanai deck, dock, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. Pets MAY be considered on a case-by-case basis & MUST be approved by Owner. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 10 people.
