Update following Hurricane Ian: This home sustained minimal damages from the storm and all items & amenities have been repaired and/or replaced and it is ready for rentals. Inquire directly if interested in a multi-month stay!
Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms+den/3 bathrooms -- (sleeps 6), WIFI available, Smart TV's (streaming only), heated pool & spa, large enclosed lanai, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill. No Pets Allowed. Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.
Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
