Light, bright and tastefully decorated this 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo which can accommodate 4 adults has lovely views of the amazing views of Roosevelt Channel and Pine Island Sound from the screened lanai and offers spectacular sunrises. The Gulf of Mexico and the gorgeous Captiva beaches are a short stroll from the building and the condo.

Condo amenities include: 1 bedroom/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 4), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, coin operated laundry facilities on-site, community pool, elevators. Bed linens and bath towels included. No Pets allowed. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Bayside Villas amenities that are available with this rental include: heated community pool & hot tub, BBQ grills, tennis courts (fee may apply), parking and direct access to award winning Captiva Island beaches!

** This condo is privately owned and is NOT associated with the South Seas Resort rental program. Full resort amenities are NOT available with the rental of this unit including resort pool, golf course access, trolley use, select stores & restaurants, beach rentals, resort appointed parking and any on-site shops within South Seas. Resort guests pay a premium for these amenities.

Nice Captiva Location

Close to everything on Captiva. Gorgeous sunrise view from lanai. Unit needs a little refresh as far as some of the furniture but nice overall. Only downside is bedroom is located right outside elevator and it got disruptive/noisy at times.

Island Escape

We stayed four nights in this comfortable well-appointed condo. The property manager was very responsive and personable. The compact kitchen was well stocked. The screened balcony overlooks the bay. The bed was comfortable and the entire unit very clean. The pool is a few steps away. Sanibel is a few minutes’ drive where there are restaurants and activities. I recommend this property.

Great Property!

we loved our stay on South Seas! Room was exactly what we wanted, super clean, nice updates to the kitchen and bathrooms. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Beautiful Bay View

Very nice refinished villa. The kitchen was updated with new cabinets and granite.New stainless appliances. Liked having two bathrooms. View on lanai was stunning.

a dolce fa niente par excellance

very good except for a resort of this quality it is not excusable to have the two ev chargers non operable

Eeric, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at the Bayside Villa 5236, unfortunately the EV chargers are not something we can control, that is directly through the South Seas Resort. However, we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Beautiful sunrise every morning!

Condo is nicely redone. Beautiful view of the sunrise each morning. Easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Definitely would stay again!

South Seas Bayside

We had a wonderful stay at 5236 Bayside Villas. Unit was recently updated and perfect for a couple or even a couple and one child. We wouldn't hesitate to request this same unit on a future visit to Captiva.
