Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds, 1 Daybed & a pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), 2 flat screen Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, heated community pool, coin operated on-site laundry facility, fully equipped kitchen, tennis courts, elevators, 2 BBQ grills, parking. No Pets allowed. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

7 night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.

Well equipped and close to the beach!

Very nice unit. Beautiful heated pool. The unit was well equipped; we particularly enjoyed the shelling nets that were included in the beach equipment. You can even see a sliver of the gulf through the Sundial resort across the street. The canal behind the unit provided bird and crocodile viewing.

A Pleasant Break From the Frigid North

Friends told us about the availability of the condo and recommended it. We were very pleased with the location and access to the beach. Walking and bike paths were readily available. The condo was very clean and quiet. Backing on the River was very peaceful - especially for observing wildlife. More kitchenware for cooking and reheating would have been appreciated. A folder with suggestions for shopping and dining would be very helpful. We enjoyed a restful two weeks.

Perfect, near our family

Everything was perfect. We have family at Sundial East so the location is very convenient for us. The unit had everything we needed, it was in good condition and very clean.

When a need informations on my rental, the person who answers me is always very polite and answers adequately. Thank you

Wonderful getaway

We will fondly remember Sandpebble 2E as one of our favorite vacation rentals. It was sparkling clean, absolutely adorably decorated in Beach theme throughout. We loved having 2 full baths and the cute sunroom/lanai where we enjoyed morning coffee and drinks in the evening. The bed was extremely comfortable and the whole place so welcoming. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and picnic table/grill. We hope to be back to visit Sanibel and will be requesting Sandpebble 2E when we do!
