Welcome to the "Crown Jewel", a stunning 3 bedroom bayside, ground level home featuring clean, coastal decor and newly completed renovations all while boasting the perfect Sanibel location! The home is situated on a deep, direct access canal, moments away from the open waters of the San Carlos Bay and is located in one of Sanibel's premier neighborhoods, Sanibel Isles with easy access to all that the Islands have to offer including shopping, restaurants, bike paths and easy on/off travel to the causeway & more!

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Queen beds (sleeps 6), Smart TV's (streaming only), WIFI available, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, boat dock on canal. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the city of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people.
