New chair lifts have been installed externally from the pool area up the back staircase and internally from the main living floor to the top (3rd) floor for easier access as needed. This beautiful home also comes equipped with a heated pool (with chiller option for warm summer months), a large fenced in yard, and tasteful lawn and landscape designs. This is the second year in a row we have enjoyed this lovely home (we stayed August 2025). The home is very comfortable, clean, bright and spacious and well equipped with a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need for long stays. The pool is wonderful and the landscaping around the home is beautiful and well maintained. We love the quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the easy short walk to the beach is a huge bonus. The location of the home means everything is within easy reach, we love the proximity to Ding Darling for birding and photography and the island is always bustling with wildlife. Sanibel Vacations are always quick to respond to any concerns and the owners have always left welcoming words on our arrival. The house is in great condition and very well stocked. The pool is wonderful, the neighborhood is quiet and it is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. A previous reviewer mentioned the messy "pond" behind the house and noise from construction next door. That has all been resolved so it is now a wonderful place to stay. We will be back next year! - Anonymous Posted on 4/1/2026 ### Fabulous December Beach Vacation! (5/5 stars) We absolutely loved staying at 215 Robinwood. The house was gorgeous and immaculate. Perfectly furnished with everything we needed for a month-long family vacation. Beautiful decor! Windows and decks everywhere provided lots of sun and opportunity to hang outside in the sun. It was just a quick walk to gorgeous beaches! Everything was wonderful! Highly recommended!! - Anonymous U Posted on 5/1/2025 ### Wonderful place to stay (4/5 stars) The house was top notch, better equipped with what you would need and want than any other rental we have had. The yard is huge and fenced, perfect for our poodle. The salt water pool was great. Unfortunately, the home is next to what used to be a pond and is now a giant mud hole with debris. Homes surrounding it are in various stages of construction, so be prepared for noise.
