New chair lifts have been installed externally from the pool area up the back staircase and internally from the main living floor to the top (3rd) floor for easier access as needed. This beautiful home also comes equipped with a heated pool, a large fenced in yard, and tasteful lawn and landscape designs. Easy access to the nearby bike paths makes riding the island-wide trails accessible and convenient. Pets Considered (Dogs only, 2 MAX). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, beach towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 8 people.
