"Shell Haven" is a beautiful, fully renovated ground level pool home featuring 3 bedrooms/2 baths in the Gumbo Limbo neighborhood. This exquisite home boasts coastal, modern flair and an inviting, open floor plan - great for the whole family. Updated bathrooms and kitchen are sure to please bringing all the comforts of home to your new island oasis. Come and enjoy the fabulous outdoor space and spend your days in your private pool overlooking the lake and all the local wildlife in your new backyard! This home also comes with a street legal golf cart and A/B beach parking pass, making it that much easier to get to and from your favorite local beach spots!

Home amenities include: 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (Streaming Only), WIFI available, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ gas grill, golf cart w/ beach pass. Pets considered (Dogs only). Bed linens and bath towels included. Beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella are provided for added convenience.

Incidental Damage Benefit - We understand accidents happen! Every booking with Sanibel Vacations includes protection for those incidental accidents causing damage to the property. Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement.

Please note: ALL of our Single Family Homes require a 28 day minimum rental period per the City of Sanibel. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. Golf cart use will require an additional signed waiver and is restricted to guests who are 25 years or older who can provide a copy of their driver's license & insurance.

Wonderful Stay in Sanibel!
What an incredible rental experience we had with Shell Haven and SBL. We've been renting seasonally around FL for 6 years. This has to be one of my favorites. It was so incredibly comfortable and well equipped. Everything you could think you needed was there -- great kitchen amenities, comfy beds, screened pool area, pet friendly, and nice neighborhood. What more could you want? Did I mention the large lake in the back with plenty of wildlife to enjoy, the golf cart (a huge perk) with A/B parking access which allowed us to enjoy the private beaches on the West End, or the perfect location to get around Sanibel. The SBL staff (Rob, Charlie, and Anne) were wonderful as always. Can't imagine renting from anyone else. Their responsiveness and customer service is unparalleled. We'll be back to Sanibel and would book Shell Haven in a heartbeat. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Wonderful home in a great location
The home was just perfect. Lots of space in a lovely neighborhood. The golf cart was wonderful. Will be back next year for 2 months!!
