Applies to incidental damage only with limits. Details in rental agreement. 28-night minimum rental period is required. This unit is non-smoking with a maximum occupancy of 6 people. Boats slip rental and kayak/paddleboard launching available on-site at Mariner Pointe for an additional fee. Mariner Pointe Update: Amenities have been restored including the community pools, tennis and pickle ball courts, BBQ grills, fishing pier and boat slips.
