Enjoy the incredible morning sunrises and watch the wildlife play from your private lanai. Your screen and glass enclosed lanai area is the perfect spot where you can spend your days enjoying all the beauty that Sanibel has to offer! Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests and has the ideal location with easy on & off access to the Sanibel Causeway. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, an all-weather tennis court, pickleball court and multi-use court (can be used for pickleball also), a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area, shuffleboard, reserved parking, and easy access to nearby beaches, shops & restaurants and the island-wide bike paths. Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed & 2 Twin bed (sleeps 4), Smart TV\'s (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, in-suite washer & dryer. Bed linens and Bath towels included. This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella. No elevator access. No Pets allowed. 7 night minimum rental period is required. It was good to see the rentals become available this year after hurricane Ian. The place was immaculate. The décor was awesome and very Sanibel Island. The grounds were under repair from hurricane Ian, but that didn’t take away from the experience. The view from the lanai has to be one of my favorites of all time. Sightings of dolphins, manatees, in general all boating and the color of the water is mesmerizing and calming. I enjoy fishing a it was good. The only drawback where the no-see-ums. My wife breaks out from their bite. I’m sure their presence may become less when the land scaping has been completed. Only issue is the temperature thermostat is a hard set 73 degrees cool and unable to make unit any cooler. Late afternoon and at night time it got very warm and uncomfortable. It seemed clear the owner had purchased this as an investment and provided minimally. We’ve been coming to the island for 38 years, only stayed one other place that was so generic— it felt a bit like a hotel. The furniture was fine. The only book in the condo was a Sanibel cookbook. We absolutely love it here!! We love Mariner Pointe, we like being able to look out the windows and watch dolphins, manatees, and boats go by. It's a quiet and easygoing vacation with lots to do, see, and many restaurants to enjoy. The unit was clean and well maintained. Beds were comfortable. The condo location was low key and quiet. We could hear road noise from the causeway, but seeing dolphins swimming around more than made up for it.
