The guest bedroom offers 2 Twin beds and the 2nd bathroom can be closed off from the rest of the condo for more privacy. Sit back and relax in your screen and glass enclosed lanai area where you can spend your days enjoying all the beauty that Sanibel has to offer! Mariner Pointe is a great community that offers an array of enjoyable amenities to its guests and has the ideal location with easy on & off access to the Sanibel Causeway. Enjoy two heated swimming pools, an all-weather tennis court, pickleball court and multi-use court (can be used for pickleball also), a private fishing pier, eleven barbecue grills, private canal-side dockage, easy-in/out kayak launch pad with nearby storage area, shuffleboard, reserved parking, and easy access to nearby beaches, shops & restaurants and the island-wide bike paths. We loved watching the dolphin and manatee play in the water all around the complex. The walkways, canal views, boats coming in and out, and two pools gave us so much to see without even leaving. But it was also easy access to shopping, dining, beaches, and island exploring. We cooked meals and had every utensil we needed. The location is perfect, off of the main road for minimal noise while still being a short drive to stores and beaches. Late evening walks almost always resulted in a close up dolphin siting, and the scenery is beautiful! The apartment was spotless, and the stocked beach items were very much appreciated. We had no complaints and would definitely recommend this place! Enjoyed the double wide screen door, which provided a great view and was a great spot to sit. Our favorite part was probably morning coffee and breakfast in the lanai overlooking beautiful San Carlos Bay. It was so peaceful and relaxing.
