Much better use of master bathroom space. Our biggest issue was the elevator in the building. When you rent a 4th floor condo, you really rely on an elevator. Difficult to carry luggage, groceries and beach equipment down 4 flights of stairs. We had everything we needed for cooking our meals. The outdoor gas grills were an extra bonus. The location is great! Just minutes from the grocery store and local restaurants. The view of the gulf is beautiful and a short walk to the sand. Communication with the rental agency was top notch. We couldn’t have asked for better. It was clean , bright and had every amenity we needed including beach towels and equipment which is a bonus for International air travellers. Nice sunrise views at this time of year (international time zone differences otherwise I wouldn’t be up watching��) Like many rental properties there were a few minor issues however the management company were fantastic and promptly sorted them out.same day.. The customer service was very professional and more importantly a great friendly helpful service answering all questions before and during the rental. plus being on the island was a bonus, it made it friendly , personal, and much more knowledgeable ..no far away service desk and not speaking to the same agent twice..The on site owners/management group did a great job recovering from the two recent hurricanes.
