(4/5 stars) We enjoyed our stay at Gone Coastal. Kitchen was well equipped. Cleaners had done a good job, however, it could use an overall deep clean. (Windows were dirty, porches dirty, spider webs)Area was great, and easy access to beach. Pool was nice. Well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. We purchased a second umbrella, shelling tool, and boogie boards that we left)Property managers responded quickly and efficiently with fan problem and dripping faucet. Brock was very polite and kind. The house is in a great neighborhood and location. Beach equipment is provided. The beds were all comfortable. The property management team was professional, friendly and responsive. As far as constructive criticism, the house could use some updating, primarily the kitchen and bathrooms. Pots and pans need to be replaced. A few maintenance items should be addressed: loud HVAC unit (right outside MBR), fixing the ice maker and replacing interior and exterior lightbulbs. Comfort in every room, well equipped kitchen, two screened in porches, and only 1500 steps to the beach via a designated private walkway. West end location had less traffic on roadways and bicycle path, but only 5 minutes away from two great local grocery stores and shopping.
