RDWL-011888 ------------------------------ ## Reviews ### Great property in a fantastic location (5/5 stars) We had viewed this house, accompanied by SBL Vacations prior to booking. The welcoming settee and armchairs along with dining table and soft dining chairs on the North facing Lani with views over the Sanibel River were what ‘sold’ the property to us.We had not expected to love the rest of the property so much but the house worked so well for us. This is the 5th different house that we have stayed in on Sanibel island, some we have returned to and we’ve also had Condo rental in the past. All properties are so different and have aspects that suit individuals more or less according to our taste and requirements. This property, Fantasea, was overall as enjoyable as any others. The salt water pool was fabulous, clear, clean and odourless. The surrounding pool area was not particularly attractive but the pool itself and its lining were terrific.Under-house parking was perfect and key pad entry to ground level storage for our rental bikes was super convenient. Keyless entry to front door was also appreciated. We enjoyed the views from all sides of the property, the sandy edge to the river outside the kitchen and dining area was a favourite, where iguanas sunbathed. Seeing the occasional alligator swimming by was also a privilege. We have seen SBL Vacations grow as a company over the years and have been impressed by the service we have received from them particularly in this past year. Communication was good which is tricky sometimes as being British does present its problems sometimes. We will be confident renting properties from them in the future. Spacious, conveniently located and walking distance to the beach. The lanai and the pool were are favorite places to hang out. Plenty of pool toys and beach equipment were provided. Also appreciated being able to Park in the garage. We thoroughly enjoyed our month in paradise.There were a few maintenance issues and they were very quickly addressed. SBL vacations was all around wonderful to work with. It was a very convenient location for accessing the beach and biking the island. House was as represented in photos. Pool area very enjoyable. Layout of house a little strange, with the 4th bathroom isolated on second floor. Nice roomy kitchen and loved the large lanai. A bit of pruning on rear foliage would enhance the view. A few very minor issues were addressed promptly by SBL staff. - Anonymous Posted on 8/2/2020 ### Pink Paradise (5/5 stars) Our arrival was after dark. When we awoke the next morning and opened our blinds, we were immediately taken by the beautiful greenery and river flowing directly behind the home. The glass doors in the living room open up all the way, so you have the immediate indoor to outdoor living. We thought that was one of the coolest things about the house. When you walk out to the patio you overlook the inviting pool and connecting hot tub.The home is beautifully decorated from top to bottom. Beds are very comfortable, Two master suites with walk in closets, two other bedrooms on the main floor and one down below. Huge beautiful kitchen with a gas stove, I love to cook so that was a plus. They have a Countertop spice rack Tower with any spice you would ever need. There is also a grill off the patio, which we used. The other awesome thing is you are a very short walk to the beach!They provide a wagon for you to load all your possessions to take to the beach, very convenient. White soft sandy beaches await, full of sea shells for your picking. Very quite neighborhood, property landscaping immaculate.Its all about the details, they have pretty much thought of everything you would ever need.
